How can I contact Support?
Contacting Rio support while using the Rio platform.
If you have a query on adding users to your enterprise account or accessing a new type of data to better represent your carbon footprint, please contact your Account Manager. If within the platform, you can use the 'Support' feature:
- From within the platform, select 'Support' on the left-hand menu, as seen below:

- This will bring you to our Knowledge Base.
- Select 'Contact Support Directly' in the upper right-hand corner of the page or visit: https://support.rio.ai/knowledge/kb-tickets/new.
- Fill out a ticket.
- Rio Support will contact you.
To summarise, you can contact Support through the platform by selecting 'Support' on the left-hand menu.
