How to delete data?

This article demonstrates how to delete data which has been mistakenly uploaded or needs to be changed. 

To delete data: 

1. Navigate to the data upload page you wish to delete from. For example, if you wish to delete waste data use the menu bar on the left-hand side and click on Data, you then click on your desired subject, in this case Waste, next click on Upload Data located in the top right-hand corner. 
   
   
   
   
2. Once  you are on the desired data upload page, locate the data you wish to delete. It is possible to distinguish between different uploads due to their file name which is in the second column.
   
   
   
   
3. To delete the desired upload file, navigate to the roll back column (eighth along). 
4. Click the roll back button on the same row as the upload you wish to delete. 
5. Click the confirm button. 
6. The data from this file has now been deleted from the Rio platform.
