How to Register for the Rio AI Support Ticket Portal

If this is your first time submitting a support ticket to Rio AI, you'll need to register for an account before you can view the progress or history of your tickets. Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Visit the Support Ticket Portal and click “Register here” underneath the login form.

Step 2: Create Your Account

  • Enter the email address you used to submit your support ticket.

  • Choose a password (must include at least 8 characters, upper- and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol).

  • Tick the consent box to allow Rio AI to store and process your data.

  • Click “Save password”.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

After registering, you’ll receive a verification email. Please click the link in that email to complete your registration.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t appear within a few minutes.

  • You must verify your email before you can view your tickets.

Step 4: Log In and View Your Tickets

Once verified, return to the Support Ticket Portal, log in using your registered email and password, and you’ll be able to:

  • View all active and past support tickets
  • Check the current status of your ticket
  • Receive updates directly through the portal
