How to reset or change password?

To reset/change your password:

Navigate to the 'log in' button within the www.rio.ai web-site, the 'log in' option is located in the top right corner of the website landing page
In the Rio platform log in page click the Forgot password link above the Login button.
Type the email address associated with your account, then click send password reset code.
Check your email inbox for an email from "hello@rio.ai" (Check spam mail too).
Rio will send a unique verification code, enter the reset verification code as prompted on Rio.
When prompted enter your new password.
Enter your new password again to confirm password.
Click reset password to confirm your new password.
If your issue persists use the chat function located in the bottom right-hand corner to contact a member of the Rio Team who will be happy to assist.
