How do I reset my password?

1. Navigate to the log-in menu on, this can be located in the top right of the main bar on the??Rio home page. 

2. This will take you to the Rio login page. Select ? Forgot password. 

 

3. Type the email address associated with your account, then select send password reset code. 

4. Check your?email inbox. 

Note: Please check your spam or junk mail if you do not see this in your main inbox a few minutes after requesting your password reset code

5. Rio will send a?unique verification code. ?Enter the reset verification code as prompted on ?Rio. 

6. When prompted enter your? new password. 

 

7. Enter your new password again to?confirm password.

8. Click?reset password?to confirm your new password.
