How do I reset my password?

This article will provide instructions if you have forgotten your Rio password or would like to reset it

1. Navigate to the log-in menu on, this can be located in the top right of the main bar on the  Rio home page. 

2. This will take you to the Rio login page. Select  Forgot password. 

 

3. Type the email address associated with your account, then select send password reset code. 

4. Check your email inbox. 

Note: Please check your spam or junk mail if you do not see this in your main inbox a few minutes after requesting your password reset code

5. Rio will send a unique verification code.  Enter the reset verification code as prompted on  Rio. 

6. When prompted enter your  new password. 

 

7. Enter your new password again to confirm password.

8. Click reset password to confirm your new password.
