This article provides a detailed explanation of how to configure your data tracker in the Rio Platform to identify missing data from suppliers, locations, or meters.
The Data Tracker automatically performs checks against data as it is uploaded alongside identifying missing data from your suppliers, locations and meters.

Setting up Missing Data Configuration
Once activated, User needs to set up missing configuration against supplier, location or meter (frequency and Recurrence)
To do this user should:
- Click on the “Configuration” option located in the left-hand navigation menu
- Click the “Data Tracker Configuration” option and then from the dropdown the "Frequency & Recurrence" option.
- Click the “+ Add Data Tracker Configuration” button.
- In the modal that appears, fill out the required information.
- Frequency: This refers to how often you anticipate to receive an upload file from a supplier or user. (For example, you receive a monthly file of electricity data from EDF, with 100 rows of data, frequency is monthly)
- Recurrence: This refers to how many lines of data you anticipate to receive in the upload file (For example, you receive a monthly file of electricity data from EDF with 100 rows of data, recurrence is 100)
- Click the “Create” button to finalise the setup.
