Configuring your Data Tracker
Before Rio can begin identifying gaps in your data, you'll need to configure expected data sources and frequencies in your account first. To learn more about configuring your Data Tracker in Rio, please see our support article here:
How to use the Data Tracker
Rio's data tracker supports users in viewing gaps in their data from suppliers, flagging instances where expected data is not received for user review. This section outlines how users can navigate, edit, and review the gaps flagged by Rio.
Adding and Deleting Notes
- Add Notes:
- You can add notes to any entry by double-clicking in the notes column of the data tracker table.
- This opens an editable text field where you can type your notes.
- Delete Notes:
- If a note is no longer relevant, you can delete it by selecting the note and using the delete option.
Selecting Multiple Rows for Actions
- Selecting Rows:
- You can select multiple rows within the table by clicking the check boxes under the utility column to perform bulk actions.
- Accepting Data:
- Once you have selected the rows, click the "Accept" button to resolve the anomalies.
- A confirmation dialog will appear with two options:
- Yes: This option accepts the selected data, removing it from the defualt filters applied to the"Missing Data and Empty Transactions" table.
- No: This option keeps the selected data visible in the grid.

- Once you have selected the rows, click the "Accept" button to resolve the anomalies.
Bulk Selection Options
- Select All:

To perform actions on all entries, you can use the "Select All" button. This will highlight all rows currently on the grid.

Note: This function will not select rows on the next page.
- Deselect:
- You also have the option to deselect any selected entries if needed.
Note: The Deselect button appears only when the "Select all" button is active
